Modem availability

Hello Sir,

I am Harshal Kale, lead id is MHNAS14061200002

(What is Lead id :-its a online request id for broadband connection

generates when one apply for

broadband)

, comlaining here for modem availability in Nasik Road.

Please see following points

1]This is very much serious thing that customer have to buy modem

from outside source (the contact of those outside sources with

internal persons OR the person is

found from BSNL office only).what is happening is, modems when come

to office they all are sold to particular

person.

2]That person Give those modem in following rates

type 1/3 to 1300 Rs. (actual 1000)

type 2/4 to 2200 Rs. (actual 1600)

3]The office gives information that no modem is available in stock in

whole Nasik.

4]When i talk with officers they are unaware to this problem.

I actually have detail information with name of officers (with

designation)

and

the outside persons detail information. But i dont want to do anything

wrong

with any person so please solve this case as soon as possible.

I think it is possible to make available modems in 2 days.
