Cannot resolve ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED

Similarly for economicalhost.com and many more which are live websites which cant be reached i am using BSNL EVDO connection, this issue arrives2 days back still not resolved by BSNL staff. They say their services are working fine where many importnat weblinks like allahabadhighcourt.in etc are even not opening, i tried with my friends BSNL connection too still same error very poor service since few days..

Is this QOS what BSNL commits.?
