BSNL Calcutta Telephones
Broad Band not working

I (Mitrajit Chatterjee) has taken broad board connection (033-23298276) from BSNL (calcutta Telephones) and the plan is 1350/- per month, but from last 4 month i am unable to use the same as every alternet day this connection is getting faulty, I have lodge several complaint for this but no action has been taken, when i enquered from technical department, it was know that there is some big fault in this exchange for which there is no proper supply of power so this is getting faulty every alternet day, & no action has been taken to solve the issue, would request you to help me in this regards
