Request to Rebate the the bill

Hello Sir,

I had requested to shift my connection from 23770114 on March 9th and till march 24th, i didnt get a new connection, I requested to waive my bill for non using the connection from above period and they approved it and the forthcoming bill, it doesnt get reflect, when i contacted them, i didnt get any proper response from Mrs. Suseela (Joint divisional Engg of BSNL in valasaravakkam branch). For that connection, i went to valasaravakkam branch for atleast 10 times in 16 days. Later i got a post regarding that I need to contact "Accounts Officer, KK Nagar for rental rebate"... Kindly justify and take necessary action.
