Iam Niranjan singh from Patratu, Jharkhand.
I have taken BSNL boadband connection from RAMGARH bsnl office. From the last 2 months the service is very-very irregular, when I made a complain about the rebates in my monthly rental, the officers or the Ramgarh BSNL said that I have to pay the amount wheather the broadband service works or not.
But in the Terms & Condition or Broadband service-- it is written that, "If service is not working more than 3 days then the User gets some rebates in the monthly rental".
What should I do??
