I am using the services of airtel broadband services from almost last one and half years and as per my plan i am allowed 5 GB download in a month and unlimited usage from 10pm till 8am with the fixed billing of 798 per month, now they have send a bill to me of 7000 wherein they have randomly shown the data usage extensively even for the days when i was not at home, now when i am asking them the details of my usage they are not able to provide me the same and just beating around the bush that the bill is generated as per the plan, kindly help!
