No Action has been taken for Internet connection

I am having existing BSNL landline and applied for new internet connection and provided papers to BSNL agent. I submitted him the documents on 1st of july and its been 15th July already and no action has been taken. My contact no is 9890277614. Please provide suggestions to resolve my problem.
