Hi,
My name is Nithin Kadam having prepaid Internet service from MTS Internet service provider. I have the MTS BLAZE internet service for past 3 to 4 months. The number is 9141955431.
There is absolutely no network coverage inside my house from the time I have bought this connection. Everytime I have to come out of my house near the gate to connect to the internet. I have made several calls and even escalated the issue 'n' number of times. But none of the managers in the call center/contact center have the capability to handle this situation. They are the worst contact center executives I have come across who do not understand any part of the problems or difficulties I'm experiencing. Their technical people have closed the case which was opened without even resolving the issue. This is Way too frustrating and absolutely Zero customer service from MTS.
I need the issue to be solved ASAP or refund the amount which I have paid - 2, 999/- (Rupees Two thousand nine hundred and ninety nine)
