I had purchased EVDO device from BSNL Ambernath for internet, when connecting i found the signals weak, since i cannot return the device, i cancelled the connection and got the memo signed by concerned clerk, after i received a bill stating one time installation charges and others, so even without using the device i paid the amount, now i am getting a regular bill, when i received the first bill i send my child to BSNL Amb with zerox copy of my memo for disconnection, even after showing my memo, the clerk said, ok now pay the bill, next bill will not come, i refused, again this month i received a bill with penalty,
i want to clear this mess created by BSNL Ambernath,
