Pacenet/globcast
Not getting the speed

Sir we have paid for unlimited plan for speed of 256kbps and we are getting only 12 kbps.its frustrating.the company is pacenet india.and the sub provider is globcast (mulund)-their contact number is-02225690468.

kindly look into the matter.
