I have a broadband connection from Tata broadband. I lost connection and made a complaint.after repeated it a number of times they did not do anything for it. They mailed to me that they had repaired it. But nothing had done. On October 11 th My connection period was over and I was asked to renew by paying additional amount and thereafter they will settle it.
I did not done it. Now what I have to do? I have the copy of Email letters showing complaint numbers sent by service provider.
