Sir, I had bought the Huwai DATA CARD from BSNL regional office but they said that it is not purchased it is on rent but i bought it with the Bill of Rs.3200/-. Every time when i start to activate the data card they always tell me that it is on rent so you have pay for it, i have shown the bill also but they say go here go this bsnl office so how can i transfer it from rent to purchased mode. Please help for doing this...
