Though I have made a complaint that my Telephone No. 04027610643 (Hyderabad City) is unnecessarily charged with Rs.200 every month in the name of "indiagames.com", I have not received any information as to rectification of the blunder done at the BSNL/indiagames.com. I give below the details once again so as to enable the concerned Authorities to take immediate steps for redressal of the grievance-

The amount of Rs.200 is being charged to my Telephone Bill every month since 4 or 5 month, even without my utilizing any service whatsoever. Now I once again request the concerned Authorities to take IMMEDIATE steps to STOP CHARGING any amount to my Telephone Bill henceforth; DEACTIVATE/UNSUBSCRIBE the unwanted facility and STOP CHARGING to my Telephone Bill.
