We have selected a tariff of Rs.750/- per month for unlimited access
but we have received a bill amount of rs.1920 for the last two months september and october
we have not even worked in internet for the last two months and not made single call thru our phone also
from the starting itself we are receiving a excess bill and we are paying every time hence we changed the plan for unlimited access and not even used the same but received a bill of rs.1920/- instead of rs. 1500/-
how can we pay the same
