Dear Sir,

Internet connection to the BSNL landline number 91-080-23410247often gets disconnected wasting my time on the net as I have to wait for the reconnection which takes some time. Also I am getting local area connection first with speed indicated 100 Mbps with one small blinking TV icon first and then only broadband connection with appearance of second TV icon, though I have got broadband connection! I am told that there should be only one broadband connection. Also I request my non STD landline phone connection be activated with STD connection immediately and I may kindly be intimated.

Please look into the above 2 complaints immediately since frequent disconnection of internet during night which is when I use the internet after day's work, is causing me to spend unnecessarily more time on the net than required and making me loose my precious sleeping hours!!!

I request once again to look into these 2 issues immediately and rectify the fault.
