I have a airtel broadband connection (Punjab Circle) on my name. I have complained atleast ten to fifteen times, for adjustment of unknown payment they have added to my bill regularly. I even launched a complaint through email, and was to have my response in 24hrs. Its been a month, I have no response to my complaint. Whenever I ask them to disconnect the services, due to inconvenience I have to face, they assure, that they would take care and again in the next bill I get, there is nothing done.
