Sir,
our broadband connection is dead since last friday in my office, my landline no. is 0291-2510331, we have lodged complaint to 1504 daily since friday, everyday evening our booked complaint rectified from 1504 but we regret neighther our BB complaint rectified nor any responce from local customer care. once a person came at our premises & said that modem is mistaked, we have changed it by new modem then he told that our line is mistake but what happened of mistaed line, he went & never came anybody from BSNL till date.
on tuesday our landline had also dead, we have loadged complaint at 198 again & again but still no action & rectification by BSNL concerning authority.
sir, what is the status of our complaint, will rectify or not & when.
