New Connection not yet served

Hi,

I have applied for a new Connection (Land line & Broad Band connection) 17, September with the work order number 47060990.

This as not been served till date. We have tried to follow up almost every day, but no resolution yet. And the only response we get is, if you are so urgent cancel the request, and go for other operator.

we are fed up of this behavior. And In our area no other operators serve.

Please help us to get this done soon.
