My Login ID is: [email protected]. I am a prepaid customer having sufficient balance in my account and validity upto 07.04.08. I am not getting internet services since 09.02.08. I have contacted their customer care guys at least 12 times but the problem remains unresolved. Despite their assurances nothing has been done till date. Being a Chartered Accountant needing constant internet services for professional and financial work, nonavailability of internet services has caused me heavy loss of work and mental harassment. It is humiliating to beg them to restore the service to which I am legitimately entitled.
