Got Bill without LANDLINE CONNECTION

Hi SIr,

This is NAGA SAMPATA RAO KATEPALLI, I applied for broadband connection online on October, after 1 month they called me for the connection, I said its not required now. They didn't say anything, they said ok. But 22 December. I got the bill with my name and address amount of 1300 rupees along with making call details and the number they allot for me is (080-28524624)

My problem is, even now i don't have the BSNL land line in my home. why they are sending the bill to my address and I do not know the process with out having my documents and with out giving any connection, how they make to allocate a number for me and send the bill for that.

And my question is They did not collect any documents from me and did not sign any application form, How they do this. Same things i talk to the Customer care people, they are saying first I need to go to WhiteField along with the bill and i will take the letter from the Officer and Again will go to Indira Nagar, show all the relevent documents for cancelation of my BSNL.

My question is, It is not my fault and this is how our BSNL people are working. why i need to go for all the offices with out having anything (LANDLINE, BROADBAND).

I Request you please give me the solution
