Never ever take Tata Indicom connection as it will work for only 20% of the time and rest of yr life will go in trying to make them listen to yr complaints and that will still have no effect as the connection will come up only upon it's natural cycle time.
They should be penalized for all the phone calls customers have had to make and the hassle caused.
