BSNL Land Line Phon not working

Dear sir,

This is Pabu Ram Khawa, Gudavishnoiyan, Luni, Jodhpur.

My Land line number:0291-2838580.

Sir, i am 15 year old BSNL costmer and since then i am paying my bill time to time. My above basic phone is not working since last 50 day even after, 3-4 time i have complaint the same to concern line man and JTO.

Therfore It is requested that kindly look in matter for fix the above problem.
