Tata indicom is the worst ISP. Their attitude towards their customers is unprofessional. I applied for a new broadband connection and the sales executive (Vilas Padwal: 9270530078) persuaded us and convinced us that they would give us a new connection in 10 days. It's been 16 days now, so I firmly told him to return the check back and he refuses to pick up the phone. Never go for their prepaid plans, in fact, avoid this ISP. Their customer service department sucks and I wonder why they have a customer service department in the first place.
