This is with regards to Application number BGLKMR0210051200047 which was submitted on 30.04.2012 in the name Arogyaswamy Prakash opn at KMR, kamraj Road. Application submitted since 35 days and connection not given or any call from BSNL.
Concern to be look into and take it as the priority and as a escalation for I am frustrated for this poor BSNL service for making me run around since for sumbittion of form number BGLKMR0210051200047. Other service Like Airtel and others give connection in a day or two and BSNL take 35 days?...
If such a service given by BSNL and how can I survive forever with BSNL.
When investing such a huge amount on Advertisement for BSNL Broadband, Where is the Service given for the Such an invested Advertisements.
This Complaint to be taken as a request Or still if don't get the connection, I'll take up a legal case for penalty to be Given from BSNL for undergoing loss whatever.
If customer migrate connection fronm BSNL to other networks, the reason would be "POOR SERVICE AND VERY POOR SERVICE"
