Hi,
Its 45days i've opted for ACT broadband connection with advance payment of 3months rent.
This is 2nd time i'm facing connectivity issue & i guess they are not bothered to resolve this issue since they have 3months advance amount in there hand. last time they took 9days to solve connectivity issue, this time its already 4days & still there is no response from there side.
Repersentatives & escalaltion team of ACT are not bothered to receive calls/solve this issue.
