Sir i had purchased BSNL (nic card), from the BSNL office at a price of 2912/- when i installed the software and started to use the device, i came to know that the device is an older one, i mean that the device given to me is already has been used by the authorities of BSNL, i would like to know how to take further steps to get a new device or return my amount please give me the suggestion
