Dear Sir,
I paid the full outstanding bill for my NIC card(#2918211) on 26/04. i approached BSNL staff in 10 after i made the payment in Tirupur office, she told me the NIC card is now open for your use. But till tdy 27/04 it is not working. When i again asked that staff, she is telling that the request has been forwarded to Trichy office, she ois not sure when this will get resolved.
Pls help if any one could.
