Bill After Cancellation of Services

I have been raised a bill by Tata Indicom for internet usage upto 20th April inspite of the conncetion being cancelled & submitted to its office on 4th April. The Company executives have been nagging up by repeated telephonic calls since last 15 days to pay the bill urgently - the bill for which I have not used their service at all.
