Tata Indicom - Prepaid Broadband
Non payment of refund

I booked for tata indicom broadband connection in january this year. After 2 weeks they installed the wire and 2 days after that they told me that connection at my premises is not feasible. I asked them for a refund for which i raised many complaints i have been to there office 3 times given written complaint but to no avail. I am yet to get my refund even after 9 months.
