Fraud SMS from BSNL for cheating consumers:

I got a SMS from BSNL service provider as below:

"Name:

Number: BS-6BSASM

Content:

BSNL 2G prepaid GPRS/EDGE data plans: Just recharge with data STV@ Rs 98, get 2GB data with 30 days validity & STV @Rs 302, get 8GB data with 90 days validity.

Time: 12/05 15:03:21"

but when I got recharge with Rs.302/- I got 1022 data with 60 days validity only and download speed also does not exceed more than 150kbps in my 3.6mbps USB 3G data card...
