NON REFUNDANCE OF FAILED TOP UP AMT

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

This is very regretful that Rs 550 has been debited three times from my SB A/c on 8/11 while I was doing top up of my bsnl prepaid mobile. Out of these 3 transactions, 1 trsaction is credited to the mobile A/c.1 has been refunded back to the same SB A/c. But 1 (one) trsaction is missing which is neither credited tothe mobile A/c nor refunded back to the SB A/c. This is causing a huge inconvinience, do the needful as soon as possible.
