Connectivity of broad band

I use bsnl broadband connection since three year's. I applied for shifting of my telephone dated on 27-04-11 but shiffted my phone after 31 days but connectiviy of broadband is not regular. When i use broadband connectivity problem occur. I submitted my complain to bsnl circle but there is no response.
