Espected sir/mam
i have been visiting bsnl office from past 15 days and line man does not understand Hindi nor English. I am not getting the speed in my broadband connection i am using unlimited 750 plan and i am getting just 20kbps. after visiting the office they just tell this is the speed ll get in it before i use to get 100kbps and now they don even response to me .it is very difficult for every time going to the office and after going there also they do not react on our problems many people says bsnl is not at all gud in providing better service's i request u to plz help me in this my land-line number is 0802354 9663020005.
