I purchased a MTNL DSL_Unlimited_395 6 months ago i use to get a speed of 270kbps download speed which was a little less than 320 kbps but now i am getting a download speed of 40kbps so i launched a complaint with MTNL and now they are telling me that the download speed is 40 KBPS MAX which is far below from 320 kbps and not at all acceptable.
Even in the news papers its been advertised as 320 kbps download speed PLEASE Help me ASAP.
