Land Line is dead for four weeks

It is horrible since last four weeks the BSNL is not working in my area. We have lost 400 free calls, broadband rent. We are forced to use surfing at outside area spending our money. This is total chaos in BSNL services since last four weeks dead no one is updating the status of the reason. Hope BSNL higher management takes step to remedy the situation or otherwise let them do not collect rent for one month.
