Waiver of broadband connection not operating for 25 days in mundwa, pune

Airtel user no.02041207719.broadband connection was having problems from your side for the same i have given complain no.907226.as the internet was not operating for 25 days please extend my usage as i am in a half yearly plan.kindly send aconfirmation of waiver immediately.i have not recieved an instrument[telephone handset] till date though i have given many reminders.kindly arrange for the same
