Dear Sir,
This is my new connection as against Broadband Modem type 1 (Instrument no 690460). I have done full payment Rs 1040 for the same on 2nd Sept, but BSNL-Talegaon officer Mr. Tarte suggested me to have Type 2 modem for laptops (wireless connection). He has given type 2 modem with extra cost of Rs 624 without receipt. After doing connection that modem not working properly so I compained to Mr Tarte & he has given me another type 2 modem. But, sir it is also faulty.
Kindly, Take necessery action as early as possible.
