Frequent breakdown

My telephone number is 0250-2435691. There has been almost a total breakdown of internet services for the past three months. a number of complaints verbally or telephonically has yeilded no results. Telephone number 02502430001 meant to receive complaints is never manned and the call are oftenly have to be abandoned after long wait without any response. I would request if a proper defect analysis and repairs are carried out in order to alleviate frequent breakdown.
