Fraud site

I did online shop of cakes worth Rs 790 the site is totally fraud as after payment the error came.

there is no contact mail, phone number contact us iam waiting for the cakes since many days but didn't get any call from them and mail i have sent many mails to them but all is vain the payment was through cc avenue gate way pls help me if any body can
