Cheated me of my money

Respected Sir, Yesterday I tried to recharge my mobile through easymobilerecharge.com as I usually do. The recharge amount was Rs.195 2 the service tax these people usually take. I was taken to CC Avenue payment gateway, entered details, logged into my bank and then made the payment. I got the payment successful message and was redirected to the recharge website again. So far all good. But then when I checked my orders, I was shocked to find my Rs.195 order not showing up. I've applied for refund for this. When I tried to recharge my mom's mobile today for Rs.100, through the same website (I was bit short of time), the same happened again. That was when I got suspicious. I've applied for refund yet again, but I highly doubt if I would get it. These people cheated me out of Rs.299 in total without giving me the services I paid for, in this case, the mobile recharges. Don't believe these cheaters and please don't get cheated by them people.
