No response and bad service

Sir,

I have purchase your new AIR-TEL INTERNET PLAN, TILL purchasing date it causes problem in networking and show ADS L problem. I had already inform your customer care executive by calling them 22 times till date but their is no response they only give me fraud satisfaction by saying that they sort out my problem with in 2 hours, 24 hours, 5 hours and so on... but in the end their is no response. they also commit that their engineer give us a call back in two hours but till now their is no call or visit of your engineer or technician.

Please short out my problem as soon as possible or take out your connection as soon as possible
