Bill came before installation

Sub: Excess Bill that to before installation of modem.

Sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject I would like to inform you that a bill is notified to me in amount of Rs. 2258.00 plus surcharge Rs.40/- total – Rs. 2298.00 for that due date of disconnection for nonpayment is 15 may. This bill is for the duration 30/03 to 31/03, where as modem was handed over to me only on 23/04 which was again meant for Ist fifteen days rental free, but I have been charged Rs. 17/- for two days that too before installation of modem. Plan I opt for was 125 home plan for which again I was told there is no installation charges but in the bill it was charged Rs. 500/- (modem was completely installed by myself). Apart from this they have shown a debit of Rs. 1245/- with additional Security Deposit of Rs. 940/, why this additional security? if for Phone, then again I deposited Rs. 500/- initially and I was told no further amount will be required. This bill have in fact completely shocked me, I beg you to kindly look in this matter.
