Not Installing the Broadband From the Last 1 week

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied a broadband connection of Connect in the Name of blue shark solutions and also giving the security also. They are now making rounds of us at SCO 417-418, Sector 35-C. Ph. 91-172-5062555 .Please enquire about that and take a legal action aginst them as soon as possible. Thanks
