I m Running Your connect broadband with number 01636-501788 from last 5 or 6 months, but from last month, with plan of 697 as per plan i m not getting proper speed screen shot attched... i have registered so many complaints regarding same issue... but all the time ur engg. comes and didnt give proper resolution... as i also mail the nodal officer but still no action were taken.
Sir With respect i request you to plz take further action to resolve this problem.
