Incompetent service

I had switched my broadband plan from 512 kbps to 1Mbps. Right from day one I was not able to connect to the speed which I am supposed to. I get connected to the speed of 650-750 kbps. I had called their customer service multiple times (More than 30 times literally) still this issue has not been solved. I spoke to their escalation officer Ms. Kavitha (044-42101724) all she says is that its the correct speed which I getting connected to. Bullshit!!! They are trying to ripoff the subscribers!! Any idiot would know that the broadband should get connected to at least 950 Kbps... and if you download any software it should show you the speed of 100-145... When I download it shows somewhere to 75-88kbps. I informed her about this and still she says "I cannot help it, it is the correct speed". I had sent couple of emails to the nodal officer Mr. Arun still I haven't received any information from them. I tried calling and his phone is always busy... If you provide a shitty service why wouldn't his phone be busy. I had already filed a complaint with consumer court.

PLEASE ANYONE WHO READS THIS DO NOT GO FOR AIRTEL BROADBAND. ITS A SUICIDAL ATTEMPT
