Customer care give me wrong infomation and not takinng a complain or not give a proper answe

Especte sir,

i have mts mblaze data card ..i call mts customer before recharge customer care execute give me wrong recharge information after recharge they cannot give me proper answer... plz take action the name of customer executive is Mr saiyed
