One of the most arrogant customer service reps I have ever spoken to is Mr. Nandkishore Nakhate from Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd. I had a simple issue about activation of services and ended up feeling as if I had committed a crime. I don't know how Vriti Infocom can afford to employ such employees and expect to succeed in a customer centric business. I plan to forward this to the Vriti management but wanted to post it here to so that everyone is prepared about what to expect while dealing with Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd.
