We have taken prepaid broad band connection from TATA. The plan consists of no installation charges. When we applied for the connection we did not know that their service is so bad. We came across so many difficulties in getting the connection. As it was a prepaid connection we have already paid the money for 6 months in advance and they did not bother to give the connection till one week after that. As we both are working, we have mentioned our suitable timings in the form itself, but they used to call us after that time only by the time we used to be in the office.
Well now we have moved from that place and we need to shift the connection to the e new place. When we called up to customer care they asked us to pay 500 rs for new installation after the feasibility test. We applied for shifting the connection online and over there they have not mentioned anything like this. Even though we have moved in within the same area the feasibility test failed giving the reason that there are not enough connections in your area to provide you the connection at this moment. Since last 15 days they are doing nothing on this front. They are not ready to give my money back and not the connection. They advised us to take a dial up connection but for that I will have to pay separately. I am still sending them mails to get my money or connection back. The simple fact remains that ONE SHOULD NOT TAKE TATA BROADBAND AT ALL... THEY PROVIDE REALLY WORST SERVICE AND THEY ARE FRAUD...
