Bad services by doing things without taking approval

I took the reliance broadband connection for which i paid the amount for 6 months in advance as the tenure was for 6 months. But now, the period of 6 months is over. They have not even asked me once whether i wished to continue for future or not. In fact, they have added the charges for the next 6 months also in my current bill. Rather I have taken another broadband connection and started the usage also. Now, they are not responding to any of the correspondences and each and every time one new personnel is calling me and asking about this problem. I am fed up of telling every one just because of lack of their integrity. Moreover they are asking to pay the outstanding bill first and then to end up with the connection. But how can I pay to the thing which i haven't used at all as i am using another connection. The responsibility of taking the approval about the continuance or cancellation of the connection should have been taken by them from me before adding such amounts to my bill. I expected better services from this company but they are failing in doing so by acting in such a manner.
