Excess wrong billing

Dear sir

i am user of relaince data card and i requested to shift my tariff plan from 3 GB day & night to 15GB night-8 GB day. I got confirmation by email and sms on feb 8 that my plan is changed from 7/03 to 15GB-day/8GB -night, and I will be charged monthly rental of Rs 552 for the same. I got shocked when they sent me a bill of Rs.3500/- for the period 7/03 to 7/04 which should be Rs 552 as per my tariff plan. I contacted relaince call centre but they refused to do any thing. I am a medical student and I opted the above plan as they told me that it is for student. They gave me confirmation/activation code also. My data card relaince no is 9336220290. kindly help as i am not able to pay this huge amount Rs 3500 and i am not able to use the internet facility which is hamepring my studies.
